Annual Pressure Cycles
The drawings attempt to focus in on and analyze specific meteorological conditions occurring annually over a site in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. A hypothetical analysis was conducted of the pressure fluctuation throughout the year in relation to the path of the sun during the winter and summer solstices, as well as an equinox sun path in between. To visually capture the dynamic action of this condition, a system of ellipses was created. Each ellipse represents the trajectory of a particle in the air.
