our house nestles itself against the crest of a hill which allows the southern facade to be open and look out over the landscape. the driveway curves around so that it is seen before it is entered from below.

the main level is the public areas of the house and is very open and sunny, this includes the kitchen, dining room, and great room
the topmost level is the private sleeping and bathing areas of the house .
