gradients of transparency

the wall system that seperates the public part of the house from the private is made of two interlocking screen layers. The whole wall system can be moved and manipulated to create opaque walls or ones that are much more transparent depending on the needs of the family. This is part of a responsive system that allows the occupant to determine the amount of light, air and privacy to flow through their rooms.
