Mediating two surfaces
Connecting two surfaces is a difficult task. As one resolves the geometries of multiple surfaces, you begin to learn how layers inform one another through enclosure. Here I have blown up a study model (v3) and have begun to connect tabs that were once raised off the surface back onto itself. These are early studies, more to come.
Below are studies using a recipe derived from titanium molecular geometry. v5 being the latest study model.
