The ‘Structural Systems Model‘, created from the Geometric Principles of Sycon Ciliatum, developed into the roof structure of the Aquatic Center. A ground-plane was created in a similar process as the roof. They were both integrated and further refined through sections. The program layout is determined using the original 2D geometric principle template lines of the roof and ground as organizational tools.
