Paper Wars:Exhibition in London
Make paper war not war! The best place to experience the pleasures of such a pacifistic event is at the Craze Gallery on Portobello Road in London where Martin Postler and Ian Ferguson will showcase their Death Machines series of paper weapons kits and a series of customized paper AK-47s by an international group of artists and designers.This group includes a.o. Ben Wilson, El Ultimo Grito, Oscar and Ewan, Pixelgarten, Hiroko Shiratori, Paul Wysocan, Inkie, BASE23/DC|DE. In addition to the already unbelievable set of these weapons of choice the Paper Wars exhibition will also feature a paper Oerlikon anti-aircraft gun which was first produced by the Swiss company Oerlikon Contraves in 1914. It was either sold to or stolen by all sides during WWI and WWII and continues to be used today. via gestalten
