Welcome Center by Till Schweizer
The Welcome Center, designed by Till Schweizer, is situated at a crucial point of the JinHua Architectur Park.
The pavilion overlooks at a significant bend of the river bank, therefore it marks the turning point in the overall direction and perception while entering or leaving the park.
The pavilion is more a translucent sculpture than self explaining building, with a facade that reveals enough of the inside to raise a question, but not enough to give definitive answers. The maximum challenge will be addressed through visitors walking on the roof of the pavilion, where a privilege of view will be a magnet of attention.
