waltz with bashir + Tomer Hanuka

I came across some of the illustrations of Tomer Hanuka the other day. It was through his Blow-up poster (see below) that I had found some of his other work, but until now was unaware of the connection. It moves from illustration content for books and magazines to graphic novels (UN-MEN) and movies (waltz with bashir). In all examples there is a high degree of fluidity and an serene selection of color pallets. Something worth checking out and I look forward to some of the other projects that are in the pipe line for him.

About: Tomer Hanuka is an illustrator and a cartoonist based in New York City. He works on a range of projects for magazines, book publishers, ad agencies and film studios. In 2008 he won the British Desgin Museum award as part of the Penguin Classics Deluxe Editions. Currently he teaches at the School of Visual Arts and is working on a graphic novel with his twin brother. via thanuka.com
