We have a lot of respect for the work coming out of rAndom International. In their most current project “Audience” that was @ the Royal Opera House, they had taken a series of mirrors that had the ability to track moving objects in close proximity while operating at a smaller scale protocol that would allow for more eccentric behavior. I think it has a lot to do w/ their cleverness and a refined sense of making. read more

Marius Watz has some exceptional work up on his flickr page that he has done for the 2008 annual conference of the Security Traders Association. The idea of warping time into a circle and then projecting it onto a sphere opens up some interesting questions.
